In 1995 we were the first attorneys’ practice in the Netherlands to achieve ISO 9002 certification. We are also the first to meet the most recent quality standard ISO 9001-2000, maintained by the International Standards Organisation (ISO) in Geneva.

Part of the ISO certification demands the measurement of client satisfaction. After we complete a case we always enquire about the quality of our services. The enquiry form can be found here.
